1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.01.2023 No. 32
2. Bring the following changes and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 125, 5/22673; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291) to state in the following edition:
"4.3. exercises the state control of use and protection of lands according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;";
2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.01.2023 No. 32
2.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.01.2023 No. 32
3. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
