About some questions of activities in the field of forestry

For the purpose of expansion of the rights of producers of forest product and creation of additional terms for growth in volumes of its realization in the internal and external markets I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of wood in the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus in 2009.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2007 No. 214 "About some measures for enhancement of activities in the field of forestry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 118, 1/8576; 2008, No. 251, 1/10128) following changes and amendments:

2.1. exclude Item 5;

2.2. in Item 11:

state subitem 11.1 in the following edition:

"11.1. when forming the republican budget for the next financial (budget) year to provide means for financing of the expenses on forest management connected with increase in productivity of the woods including expenses on their protection, protection, reproduction, accomplishment of complex of forestry and landscape actions and technical retrofitting;";

to exclude the interlinear note to subitem 11.1;

2.3. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 31.05.2017 No. 197

2.4. in Item 6 of the Rules of realization of wood in the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree:

shall be replaced with words the words "The Legal Entities Conducting Forestry" "The legal entities conducting forestry *";

add Item with the interlinear note of the following content:

* The legal entities conducting forestry in these rules are understood as the organizations determined in part one of Article 21 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus.".

3. Suspend till January 1, 2010:

The rules of realization of wood in the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus approved by the called Decree.
