the list of strategic minerals, data on resources which balance sheet inventories and amounts of production the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 1 is the state secret;
the list of rare-earth elements, data on production to which purchase, conversion and storage the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 is the state secret.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
