For the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 20, 2008 No. UP-4054 "About Measures for Enhancement of Conditions of Passing by Citizens of Compulsory Military Service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan", providing the effective organization of appeal of citizens on compulsory military service and returns to residences of the military personnel dismissed in reserve of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for collection and departure of citizens on compulsory military service, their acceptance in bodies, and also returns to residences of the military personnel dismissed in reserve of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Establish the personal responsibility:
heads of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent - for ensuring organized collection and solemn departure of citizens on compulsory military service in bodies; grand welcome in residences of the military personnel dismissed in reserve of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan; assistance to the citizens who served compulsory military service in employment and revenues to study in the highest educational institutions in the procedure established by the legislation;
commanders of bodies - for holding festive events on acceptance in troops of the military personnel who is again called up for compulsory military service, their adaptation to conditions of military service; providing allowance with all types, effective combat and social and political training, spiritual and moral and patriotic education; for carrying out organized wires from bodies of the military personnel of compulsory military service dismissed in reserve of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
