About additional measures for increase in efficiency of counteraction to spread of HIV infection in the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of creation of single system of the organization of fight against AIDS, increase in efficiency and quality of implementable measures for ensuring necessary prevention and reliable protection of the population against HIV infection, strengthening of material and technical resources of the centers for fight against AIDS, ensuring material support of the health workers performing the activities in the field of fight against AIDS:

1. Create the single system of the organization of fight against AIDS meeting the modern requirements which basis is constituted Republican and the regional centers for fight against AIDS of the Ministry of Health, according to appendix No. 1 it (is not brought).

2. Form the Republican commission on coordination of actions for counteraction to spread of HIV infection (further - the Commission).

Determine the main objectives of the Commission:

coordination of activities and ensuring interaction of the ministries and departments, public authorities on places and public organizations on counteraction to spread of HIV infection;

development and ensuring implementation of national plans for counteraction to spread of HIV infection;

development and control of realization of package of measures, the antisocial phenomena directed to eradication promoting spread of HIV infection, preserving and development of spiritual moral principles and traditional values of the people of Uzbekistan, carrying out, for this purpose planned explanatory work among the population;

implementation of monitoring and permanent complex assessment of condition of prevention of spread of HIV infection in the corresponding territory and in general on the republic, if necessary, development of specific actions for response to its deterioration;

the solution of the questions connected with strengthening of material and technical resources of the centers for fight against AIDS, equipment by their modern medical equipment;
