About implementation of monitoring of export-import transactions between Ukraine and the Russian Federation
For the purpose of preserving line items of domestic manufacturers in the market of the Russian Federation in the conditions of financial crisis, according to Article 305 of the Customs code of Ukraine and article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" we ORDER:
1. To provide to the State Customs Service of Ukraine permanent monitoring of export-import transactions between Ukraine and the Russian Federation and monthly, to the 15th day of the next month, to provide in the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine information on export volumes and import on commodity groups according to the UKTVED codes according to the approved nomenclature in cost and natural measurement.
2. To the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine together with the State Customs Service of Ukraine to perform the analysis of export-import transactions between Ukraine and the Russian Federation and in case of need to prepare and to provide timely the corresponding recommendations to the industry ministries, and also offers concerning actions for prevention of negative effects from the actions directed to restriction of the Ukrainian export.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of economy of Ukraine and the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
