1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine of January 24, 2009 No. 36/55 "About carrying out monitoring of export-import transactions between Ukraine and the Russian Federation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 10, 2009 for No. 129/16145.

2. To provide to department of the international trade and economic cooperation and European integration of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine - the Sales representative of Ukraine and the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
