Approve the Procedure for compensation to the Pension fund of Ukraine of difference between the amount of the insurance premiums paid for special rate by payers of the fixed agricultural tax and insurance premiums which would be paid in case of application of the rate determined in the paragraph the second Item 1 of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection on compulsory national pension insurance" which is applied.
2. To finance department (G. I. Tooth) in accordance with the established procedure:
