About recognition voided the Order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of 14.01.2005 No. 10

According to the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance of own regulatory legal acts with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of 14.01.2005 No. 10 "About approval of the Procedure for compensation to the Pension fund of Ukraine of difference between the amount of the insurance premiums paid for special rate by payers of the fixed agricultural tax and insurance premiums which would be paid in case of application of the rate determined in the paragraph the second Item 1 of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection on compulsory national pension insurance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.02.2005 for No. 127/10407.

2. To department of financial credit policy (Akhidzhanov B. R.) in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring the order to permission of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of agro-industrial development of regional public administrations, Managements of the industry, development of infrastructure and agro-industrial complex of the Sevastopol city public administration, associations, the companies, organizations and the organizations which fall within the scope of management of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Bezugly M. D.
