About approval of Instructions for use by cars and containers

For the purpose of determination of payment and procedure for use of goods wagons and containers by subjects of business activity according to article 119 of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Instructions for use by cars and containers (are applied).

2. To head department of tariff and insurance regulation (S.P.Shcherbin) together with Main department for legal services (L. M. Loginov) in accordance with the established procedure to register noted Rules in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Public administration of rail transport (A. V. Slobodyan):

3.1. Bring these Rules to permission of workers of the railroads of Ukraine, the companies, the organizations and organizations, freight forwarders and citizens who use railway transport.

3.2. Organize studying by involved workers of the railroads of Rules, take them to management and provide accomplishment.

3.3. Consider invalid Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine "About procedure for temporary action of separate regulatory legal acts" of 08.05.98 No. 174, No. 346/2786 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.05.98.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Minister of Transport L. M. Kostyuchenko.
