According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" we ORDER:
1. Claim Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity concerning provision of services on transportation of passengers, loads by rail (further - Licensed conditions) that are applied.
2. To management of licensing of Head department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Ivanchenko O. B.), to Department of safety of transport and technical policy of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine (Petrashevsky O. L.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of Licensed conditions on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of safety of transport and technical policy of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine (Petrashevsky O. L.) provide the publication of Licensed conditions in mass media.
4. Declare invalid the joint order of Licensed chamber of Ukraine and the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 11.05.99 No. 45/249 "About approval of the Instruction about conditions and rules of implementation of business activity (licensed conditions) on domestic and international carriages of passengers and loads by rail and control of their observance", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.05.99 for No. 329/3622.
