According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation is ORDERED:
1. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of June 08, 2001 No. 85/363 "About approval of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity concerning provision of services on transportation of passengers, loads by rail", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2001 for No. 540/5731;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 11, 2002 No. 16/73 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity concerning provision of services on transportation of passengers, loads by rail", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2002 for No. 188/6476.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
