1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of years of service of the public civil service it (is applied).
Make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection explanations concerning application of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of the years of service of the public civil service approved by this resolution including concerning offsetting in years of service of the public civil service (further, unless otherwise specified, – civil service) works in certain position of the employee and certain structural division of the organization in case of submission of the data determining structure and states of the specific organization.
2. To make to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance explanations concerning reference of the organizations which are a part of the system of the ministries and other republican state bodies, local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs to state bodies in which work is set off in years of service of civil service.
For receipt of explanation on the questions specified in part one of this Item, the citizen submits the following documents:
statement;
the copy of the service record or the statement from it.
