1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing works on confirmation of conformity.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to approve form of the certificate of accreditation and appendix to it.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2001 N 514 "About accreditation of the organizations performing activities for assessment of conformity of products, production processes and services to the established quality requirements and safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 29, the Art. 3021).
