According to article 254 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of medicines of any forms, including medicinal substances, and also materials and component parts for their production; products of medical (veterinary) appointment, including prosthetic and orthopedic products, surdotiflotekhnik and the medical (veterinary) equipment; materials and medicines of any forms, including medicinal substances, products of medical (veterinary) appointment completing for production, including prosthetic and orthopedic products, and the medical (veterinary) equipment, turnovers on which realization are exempted from the value added tax;

2) No. 402 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.06.2015

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2002 No. 124 "About approval of the List of the services rendered in the field of medical and veterinary activities exempted from the value added tax" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 5, Art. 32.).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009 and is subject to official publication.
