About procedure for certification of the head of non-profit organization

Based on part nine of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 1994 No. 3254-XII "About public associations", No. 3266-XII "About political parties" and parts two of Item 42 of the Regulations on creation, activities and liquidation of funds in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No. 302, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts eight of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 1994

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for certification of the head of non-profit organization it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the heads of legal entities (except for heads of political parties, public associations, their unions (associations), funds) having certificates of the head of the commercial (non-commercial) organization shall hand over till May 1, 2009 in the bodies performing state registration of commercial and non-profit organizations, such certificates;

2.2. the certificates of the head of the commercial (non-commercial) organization issued to heads of the registered political parties, public associations, their unions (associations), funds before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the expiration of their action or approach of circumstances in case of which such certificates are recognized invalid;

2.3. certification of the head of the commercial (non-commercial) organization, made before adoption of this resolution, is performed on condition of entering of data into them according to this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom annually when forming the relevant budgets for the next financial year to provide allocation of money on production of certificates of the head of non-profit organization.
