About strengthening of dependence of compensation of heads of the organizations on results of financial and economic activities

For the purpose of strengthening of dependence of compensation of heads of the organizations on results of financial and economic activities the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment terms of work of heads of the state organizations and the organizations from ownership ratios of the state in their property.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the coefficient of ratio of the average salary of the head of the organization, irrespective of pattern of ownership, and the average salary on the organization in general cannot exceed 8,0.

The decision on establishment of the specific size of coefficient of ratio is made:

concerning heads of the state organizations and the organizations in which authorized capital the ownership ratio of the state constitutes more than 50 percent, including banks:

to 6,0 inclusive - the body which signed the contract. At the same time for heads of the organizations in which authorized capital the ownership ratio of the state constitutes more than 50 percent this coefficient is approved with the body exercising possessory supervision;

from above 6, and to 8,0 inclusive - according to the procedure, certain in paragraph three of this part, in coordination with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus;

concerning heads of other organizations - the body which signed the contract.

The actual coefficient is calculated the accruing result since the beginning of accounting year.
