1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for the organization of material logistics of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;

Rules of carrying out competitive selection of suppliers of material goods for oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;

structure of Council for the organization of material logistics of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan.

2. Determine that state concerns and corporations of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan conduct procurement of the material goods necessary for ensuring production process:

on the amounts over 100 million manats or equivalent foreign currency amounts - through the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz",

on the amounts less than 100 million manats or equivalent foreign currency amounts - independently.

4. Executive directorate of Competent authority on use of hydrocarbonic resources in case of the President of Turkmenistan to develop and submit for consideration of the President of Turkmenistan offers on streamlining of material logistics when carrying out oil works within production sharing agreements in a month.
