2. Approve the enclosed Charter of School of training of aviation personnel of the Public national service of Turkmenkhovayellara.

3. Add the structure of the Public national service of Turkmenkhovayellara approved by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 4 Gorkut of 2002 No. 5783, words: "School of training of aviation personnel".

4. To school of training of aviation personnel of the Public national service of Turkmenkhovayellara to perform acceptance and training of listeners since 2004 academic years.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Vice-chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Atayev R. and Berdimuhamedov G. M.
