About increase in level of training of drivers of vehicles

Considering the increasing role of road transport in the carried-out social and economic transformations and in the field of international carriages, and also for the purpose of safety of traffic and increase in level of training of drivers of vehicles I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for preparation and retraining of drivers of vehicles.

2. To the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan and Ministry of road transport and highways of Turkmenistan:

to jointly carry out work on coordination of activities for questions of preparation and retraining of driver's personnel;

bring departmental regulations into accord with the Regulations on procedure for preparation and retraining of drivers of vehicles approved by this resolution.

3. To the ministries (except the Ministry of road transport and highways of Turkmenistan), to departments, the organizations and other legal entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership to transfer in accordance with the established procedure educational institutions (organizations) which are engaged in preparation and retraining of drivers of vehicles with all buildings, material and technical resources, vehicles, stock, property, the equipment, states, staff and workers to maintaining the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.

4. To the ministry адалат Turkmenistan to prepare and provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan offers on modification and amendments in the current legislation in connection with adoption of this resolution.
