About approval of standards of rendering the state services through service centers of the population

According to Item 2 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", for the purpose of realization of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2007 No. 558 "About approval of the Standard standard of rendering the state service", being guided by the subitem 3) of Item 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About judicial authorities",

I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the standard of rendering the state service in issue of the certificate of availability or lack of criminal record through service centers of the population according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of rendering the state service in apostilization of the official documents coming from bodies of prosecutor's office, investigation authorities and inquiry through service centers of the population according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after 14 days from the date of its the first official publications.
