About approval of Rules on enhancement of quality management system of delivery of health care in the organizations of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules on enhancement of quality management system of delivery of health care in the organizations of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. To department of science and human resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Hamzina N. K.) till February 15, 2009:
1) to make additions concerning quality management of medical care and the procedure of accreditation to the standard of additional medical education in "Examination of the quality of medical services" approved by the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2004 No. 894;
2) to determine bases for training of specialists of the organizations of health care.
3. To department of treatment-and-prophylactic work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ismailov Zh. K.) provide coordination behind implementation of actions for quality management of medical care in the organizations of health care.
4. To committee on control in the field of rendering medical services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kairbekova of Page Z.):
To provide 1) on permanent basis carrying out monitoring of efficiency of functioning of services on quality management of medical care;
2) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
