Approximate Regulations on resorts

1. General provisions

1.1. The resort - especially protected natural territory having natural medical resources with located in it medical and improving organizations, constructions and objects of tourist infrastructure.

Recognition of the territory as the resort is performed according to the legislation based on medicobiological, balneological, geological, hydrogeological and other researches of this territory and natural medical resources which are available in it.

1.2. In the territory of the resort the following zones are located:

* the resort area on which natural medical resources, structures and constructions on their use, sanatorium organizations and organizations of rest, and also the objects of life, public catering and trade servicing visitors to the resort for rest and treatment of people are placed;

* zone of placement of the apartment houses, public buildings and other structures and constructions provided for the population which is constantly living in the territory of the resort;

* zone of placement of centralized economic and technical services.
