About some questions of protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of the relations connected with protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of weapons, the military and special equipment in case of protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Establish the border territory of the Republic of Belarus in limits:
2.1. the territories of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
2.2. the territories of railway stations and the airports according to appendix 2, located outside the administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus called in appendix 1 to this Decree where also other types of control concerning the physical persons crossing Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, aircrafts and other vehicles and the loads moved through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, goods and animals are performed boundary;
2.3. the territories of airfields (helidromes) not open for the international flights of aircrafts, in case of take off and landing of aircrafts concerning which the decision on permission of accomplishment of the international flights, for implementation boundary and other types of control is made on the physical persons crossing Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, aircrafts and the loads moved through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, goods and animals.
