About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About geodetic and cartographic activities"

Based on paragraphs of the sixth and tenth of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2008 "About geodetic and cartographic activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 396-Z

1. Approve Regulations on the State kartografo-geodetic fund of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

1-1. Establish:

regulations of density of placement of geodetic Items in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;

regulations of frequency of updating of the state topographic maps and state topographical plans, topographical plans of settlements according to appendix 2.

2. In the Regulations on order of interaction of the State committee on property and the Ministries of Defence in case of accomplishment of geodetic and cartographic works for the benefit of defense and safety of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2006 No. 754 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 93, 5/22456), to make the following changes and additions:
