1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on procedure for forming of the contract (contractual) price and calculations between the customer and the contractor when constructing facilities;
1(1). Operation of this resolution does not extend to the organizations concerning which materials of preliminary approval of the site area are provided to the relevant local executive and administrative organ in the location of the parcel of land or there are decisions of the relevant local executive and administrative organ on approval of placement of construction object and (or) on permission of carrying out design and exploration work accepted before entry into force of this resolution.
Action of the Regulations on procedure for the forming of the contract (contractual) price and calculations between the customer and the contractor when constructing facilities approved by this resolution does not extend to objects which architectural planning design assignment is received after January 1, 2012.
