1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for forming of the constant contract (contractual) price of the construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 361" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 131, 5/34789; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.02. 2014, 5/38387), following changes and amendments:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision determines procedure for forming of the constant contract (contractual) price of construction of facilities and calculations between the customer and the contractor when constructing facilities.";

1.2. in Item 10:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"10. Constant price is adjusted, except the cases of construction of facilities specified in paragraph one of part two of this Item in change cases:";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the tax legislation regarding establishment and (or) cancellation of taxes and contributions to the income of the relevant budgets which influence forming of constant price, change of the tax rates and taxation objects, establishments and (or) cancellations of tax benefits;";
