About approval of forms of tax statements

4) about prolongation of term of submission of tax statements according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) about suspension (prolongation, renewal) of submission of tax statements according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) on return of the paid income tax from the budget or conditional bank deposit based on the international treaty on avoidance of double taxation according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) on receipt of confirmation of the tax residence according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) on receipt of the certificate of the amounts of the gained income from sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the withheld (paid) taxes according to appendix 8 to this order;
