Declare invalid the order of the Acting Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2005 No. 344 "About approval of form of the act of cash withdrawal of money on account of debt repayment on compulsory pension contributions" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3814, published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, October, 2005 No. 19, of the Art. 160).
3. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of the first official publication and extends to the relations arising since January 1, 2009.
