According to the subitem 3) of article 6-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of calculation, deduction (charge) and transfer of compulsory pension contributions.
2. The amounts of compulsory pension contributions of the accumulation pension funds added by payers till December 31, 1998, but not listed by them are subject to transfer according to the above rules.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
