1. Accept the offer of the Commission on coordination of activities for enhancement of the legislation in the field of liberalization and to further reforming of all aspects of life of society and realization of administrative reform about:

abolition since November 1, 2004 of separate types of contributions to off-budget funds of the ministries and departments, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 26.04.2016 No. 122

3. Permit Department on fight against economic crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Department) to form special off-budget fund for the account:

assignments from the amounts which are in addition added in the budget and financial sanctions for violations of the tax legislation in the amount of 40 percent on results of the inspections which are carried out by Department.

10 percent of the amounts from illegal expenses of budgetary funds state bodies and the organizations, receivers of budgetary funds, the amounts of plunders, wastes, the shortages revealed by results of the audits which are carried out by Department, checks and collected in the income of the Government budget and the state trust funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
