About approval of amounts of quotas for sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower which export is subject to licensing till July 1, 2008, and procedure for issue of licenses

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

amounts of quotas for sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower which export is subject to licensing till July 1, 2008, according to appendix 1;

Procedure for issue of export licenses of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower and distribution of quotas which is applied.

2. Form the commission on questions of consideration of requests for issue of export licenses of sunflower oil and seeds of sunflower and distribution of quotas in structure according to appendix 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 22, 2008.
