The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Moldova which further are referred to as with the Parties, expressing the mutual aspiration to create favorable conditions for cooperation in the field of the inventory, land resources, geodesy and cartography, agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties assign coordination of joint operations and control on implementation of this agreement to the competent authorities:

from the Belarusian side - the State committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography of the Republic of Belarus;

from the Moldavian side - the National agency of the inventory, land resources and geodesy of the Republic of Moldova.

Article 2

The cooperation within this agreement will be performed on the following activities:

- development and implementation of joint intergovernmental programs in the field of the inventory, land resources, geodesy and cartography;

- exchange of scientific and technical information;

- exchange of cartographic products;

- experience exchange of work between the land and cartographic organizations, and also the organizations for land management and the inventory, including the state land cadastre;

- cooperation in the field of research, developmental, experimental, production and operational works;

- carrying out joint symposiums and scientific conferences;

- preparation and advanced training of personnel;

- services of advisory nature.

Article 3

The parties will perform cooperation in the areas specified in Article 2 of this agreement within the current legislation of the states.
