3. To management of payment systems to bring this Resolution to the attention of commercial banks, the National Automated Clearing House and Regional Managements of National Bank till July 15, 1999.
4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the Vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Omorov Zh. D.

1.1. This Provision determines rules of registration, transfer, processing and storage of interbank electronic payment documents in the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.2. The purpose of this provision is increase in efficiency of payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic due to carrying out payments electronically, reduction of share of manual handling of payment documents and reducing terms of carrying out payments.
1.3. Operating procedure with digital signatures, safety requirements, standards of interbank electronic payment documents and procedure for carrying out payments on the basis of interbank electronic payment documents are established by the corresponding instructions of National Bank.
