1.1. This Instruction establishes procedure for transactions on preparation, transfer and processing of paper payment orders when carrying out payments on interbank clearing system of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.2. Paper payment orders are delivered through interbank clearing system together with the corresponding files containing the complete information about the given payment instructions in format of the external ARACS interface.
