1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of constructed fare, limiting approval and individual rates.
2. Annually till November 1 to represent to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on limiting adjustment of rates taking into account need of ensuring investment appeal of industry.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
