1. Approve enclosed:

1. General provisions

1. These rules of licensing of activities for provision of special social services for aged, disabled people, including handicapped children, day care at home (further - Rules) are developed according to the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" and of December 29, 2008 "About special social services" and determine procedure for licensing of activities for provision of special social services for aged, disabled people, including handicapped children, day care at home (further - special social services).

2. Licensing of activities for provision of special social services is performed by local executive body of area (the city of republican value, the capital) (further - the licensor).

3. The license for the occupation right activities for provision of special social services is general, inaliennable and cannot be transferred by the licensee to other physical person or legal entity.

4. Licenses for the occupation right are granted by activities for provision of special social services to the legal entities conforming to the qualification requirements imposed to the subjects performing activities for provision of special social services (further - qualification requirements).
