1. Approve the enclosed state standard rates establishing "Technical requirements on equipment security systems and technical reinforcement of strategic, especially important state objects and critical infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (RDS RK 2.04-08-2009).

2. To committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan to publish this order in mass media.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. M. Dembay, the vice-chairman of Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs M. K. Alzhanov.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the moment of its first official publication.

Section I. Requirements for providing technical reinforcement

1. General provisions

1. The terms applied in these requirements:

object - the building, construction or the site of the area where the inventory items or other objects which are subject to obligatory protection are concentrated;

especially important state object - object which degree of importance is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

unique object - subject of the special architectural layout or historical value;
