About order of registration of selling prices (rates)
According to subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 285
1. Determine that are subject to registration:
selling prices (rates) for the goods (works, services) made by legal entities in case of impossibility of observance of limiting indexes of change of selling prices (rates) established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by them;
rates for the paid medical services rendered by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in case of impossibility of observance of limiting indexes of change of selling prices (rates) established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by them and rates for new paid medical services.
2. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified in Item 1 of this resolution for registration of the prices (rates) represent the notification in the form approved by the Ministry of Economics to the relevant state bodies (daleeregistriruyushchy bodies) which bring to these legal entities and limiting individual entrepreneurs indexes of the change in price (rates) according to subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 No. 285 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 40, 1/371).
Registering bodies shall in 15-day time from the date of receipt of the notification to register the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) or in writing to notify legal entities and individual entrepreneurs on refusal in registration with reasons for the decision.
