1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of the state supervision of holding meliorative actions.
2. This resolution becomes effective since August 5, 2009.

1. This Provision establishes procedure of the state supervision of holding meliorative actions (further - the Provision) by the legal entities and physical persons performing construction of meliorative systems and separately located hydraulic engineering constructions, users of meliorative systems, the organizations for construction and operation of meliorative systems (further - participants of meliorative actions).
2. The state supervision of holding meliorative actions is exercised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (further - Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production) on behalf of the deputy minister of agricultural industry and food to which duties questions of land reclamation, and also structural divisions of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production within which scope of maintaining questions of land reclamation fall (further - the officials exercising the state supervision of holding meliorative actions) belong.
3. Objects of the state supervision of holding meliorative actions are:
meliorative systems;
separately located hydraulic engineering constructions.
