About approval of the Regulations on order of interaction of operators of mobile cellular communication with the law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic performing operational search activities for search of the stolen mobile devices

In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments and changes in the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service", "About operational search activities" and in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 15, 2007 No. 152 and for the purpose of optimization of operational search activities for search of the stolen mobile devices, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on order of interaction of operators of mobile cellular communication with the law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic performing operational search activities for search of the stolen mobile devices (further the Provision).

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to realization of regulations of the Provision specified in Item 1 of this Resolution.

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
