Protocol on approval of the Regulations on Council for rail transport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth and Regulations on directorate of Council for rail transport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth

In pursuance of the Agreement on coordinating bodies of Commonwealths of Independent States rail transport of February 14, 1992. The governments of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine, meaning that until the end of 1992 separation of the general park of goods wagons and containers will be performed,

agreed as follows:

1. Approve Regulations on Council for rail transport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth it (is applied). Determine that the Provision is effective till December 31, 1992.

2. Approve Regulations on directorate of Council for rail transport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth it (is applied).
