According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.08.98 N 1340 "About the Accounting treatment, storages, estimates of the seized and other property which carries over the state and the order" we ORDER them:
1. Approve the Procedure for sale at auctions of property which carried over the state it (is applied).
2. To head department concerning domestic trade and public catering (Rodionov Yu. F.) and to Legal support division (Servinsky A. Yu.) The ministries of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine to register this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to administration of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine (Fractional V.V.) the publication of this order in the newspaper "Uryadovy kur'er".
