1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out calculations for assessment of fire risk.

2. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2009.

Rules of carrying out calculations for assessment of fire risk

1. These rules establish procedure for carrying out calculations for assessment of fire risk in the cases established by the Federal Law "The Technical Regulation about Requirements of Fire Safety" in case of creation of the declaration of fire safety.

2. Calculations for assessment of fire risk are carried out by comparison of settlement sizes of fire risk to the corresponding normative values of fire risks established by the Federal Law "The Technical Regulation about Requirements of Fire Safety".

3. Determination of settlement sizes of fire risk is performed on the basis:

a) analysis of fire risk of subject to protection;

b) determinations of frequency of realization of fire-dangerous situations;

c) creations of fields of dangerous factors of the fire for different scenarios of its development;

d) estimates of effects of impact of dangerous factors of the fire on people for different scenarios of its development;
