1. Approve enclosed:
- paragraph two of Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 07.10.2014 No. 583
- the inventory, imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, subject to sanitary and epidemiologic control when moving through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in four-months time in accordance with the established procedure to resolve issue of exception of duplicative functions on control of food products.
3. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of its official publication.
