For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of the Actions plan ("road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation approved by the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of May 29, 2014 No. 74" of August 5, 2014 № 445, according to articles 10 and 17of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed List of the quarantine products (quarantine freights, quarantine materials, quarantine goods) which are subject to phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of the Customs union and customs area of the Customs union.

2. Declare invalid the paragraph of the second of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the inventories imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, which are subject to phytosanitary control and sanitary and epidemiologic control when moving through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 1, 2009 № 206.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the international treaty on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
