About procedure for transfer of the companies into reserve types of fuel
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of the companies on reserve fuel types which is applied.
2. Authorize the Ministry of Fuel and Energy on provision of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine to make the decision on transfer of the companies into reserve types of fuel according to the annual schedules approved by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 1996 No. 1358 "About procedure for transfer of the companies into reserve types of fuel during cold snaps";

item 4 of changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2001 No. 367 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine 2001, No. 17, the Art. 739).
