According to subitems 8 and 17 Item 10 of the Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services for public funds approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.10.2008 N 921 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of control of observance the legislation of rather public procurements which is applied.
2. To provide to department of public procurements submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 05.11.2008 N 635 "About control of compliance with law of rather public procurements".
