Due to the loss of force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2008 "About implementation of purchases of goods, works and services for public funds" and for the purpose of reduction of acts of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation in the field of public procurements I ORDER to No. 274:

1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine:

of January 30, 2009 No. 63 "About control of compliance with law of rather public procurements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 10, 2009 for No. 220/16236;

of January 30, 2009 No. 66 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance and publication of announcements concerning carrying out purchases of goods, works and services in the newsletter the "Messenger of public procurements" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 10, 2009 for No. 223/16239.

2. To provide to department of public procurements and state order submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
