For the purpose of increase in efficiency of actions for prevention of violations of the law concerning bankruptcy and protection of interests of the state and the Pension fund of Ukraine, according to Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 of N 1261, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Order of interaction and exchange of information between the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Pension fund of Ukraine about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy which is applied are initiated.

2. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of Koronevsky V. M.
